About the Job:
- Responsible for various printing processes in our print on-demand department.
- Direct-to-Garment printing of T-shirts and other garments daily.
- Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints (correct style, size, colour, etc.).
- Assist in keeping inventory of supplies up to date.
- Assist in picking, folding, and packing finished products for shipping.
- Keep work area clean at all times.

We have an opening for an Accounting Manager for our office located in Vaughan, Ontario. We are looking for a candidate who wants to join a growing family in an exciting industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be well organized and have a strong attention to detail. The candidate must work well under pressure, be able to meet tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team and be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Must be highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable: post vendor invoices, match against POs and packing slips, process vendor payments
- Manage accounts receivable: oversee processing of invoices/credits, coordinate customer deposits, apply cash receipts and follow up with customers on past due balances
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations• Report on daily cash position
- Manage cash flow and cash disbursements
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting and remittances (GST/HST, corporate income tax)
- Prepare and administer bi-weekly payroll using EasyPay software
- Prepare statutory remittances, including payroll source deductions, EHT, and WSIB
- Prepare and post payroll journal entries
- Data entry of agency timecards and weekly submission of agency hours
- Administer employee group insurance benefits program: process new hire enrolments, terminations, and salary changes. Calculate employee benefit deductions and taxable benefit amounts
- Track vacation absence schedule and calculate monthly accrued vacation
- Year-end reporting – T4s, T4As, T5s and T2200s
- Annual reconciliations – EHT & WSIB
- Generate ROEs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Spreadsheet and Syspro system experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required
- CPA Accounting designation preferred
- Experience in a production environment is an asset
